Susan, I agree with you -- we shouldn't legislate or regulate for filters or their absence, and we don't need permission of the state to use the Internet. We do need to make an agreement, a contract perhaps, with other people or organizations. To paraphrase Scoop Nisker, "If you don't like the Net, go out and make some of your own". -- Jim
