I'm sorry to disagree but your explanation only works in a short term perspective. All things, including the examples you have given eventually degrade to nothing. Sure, we are able to see "uphill" complex actions or even learning from disorder to order in the short term, but even all these things eventually fall apart. A comment was made about being able to organize defeats the 2nd law of thermodynamics, but that is missing the definition entirely. Of course as a human with intellect you will learn things and be able to make order out of what seems to be disorder around you (your desk). But as you age and your body and mind break down this ability to create order fades as does all physicality.
