Paul, you're absolutely correct, but how many of the net neuts understand what you're talking about? They're pushing for a regulatory regime in which the guy with the fattest pipe controls the whole damn Internet because any attempt to provide fair access violates the first-in, first-out rule. Good luck explaining that idea to our regulation-happy colleagues.
