I'm disappointed that you are making these suggestions only after voting to approve a strategic plan for ICANN that defines transparency solely as a public relations problem, to be addressed through propaganda rather than through changes in ICANN's modus operandi. Some of these changes, and others, were specifically and repeatedly suggested for inclusion in the strategic plan, but those suggestions were ignored, and you made no motion to amend the strategic plan when it was proposed for adoption..
