First, let me say your's was the best presentation at F2C 2005 (and Martin gets my vote for F2C 2006). My sense at the end of the second day, was those in favor of network neutrality laws or regulations were a lot more cautious. It wasn't just remarks by Martin Geddes, Michael Powell or James Crowe, but a variety of concerns raised by many different speakers from diverse backgrounds. If anything, I was disappointed that network neutrality took some much of the conference attention that other issues got short shrift: http://blogs.nmss.com/communications/2006/04/f2c_things_that.html
