Hello All: I too marvel at SBC CEO Whiteacre's attitude toward network access. Perhaps he should take a look at his company's peering policy:http://www.sbcbackbone.net/peering/#public. This network of networks connectivity concept, to which SBC obviously subscribes, contemplates transiting and peering, i.e., exchanging access to one's network in exchange for access to other's network either for pay or for reciprocal usage.
