I'm just curious as to what legal standpoint someone would be in, if say, they advertised themselves as Wal-Mart, even though their domain name is xyz123.com? Isn't that just underhanded advertising, or does that fall under initial interest confusion? They -could- get hundreds of thousands of hits a day just to forward back to Wal-Mart via affiliate mechanisms, for example.
